Shri Murli Dhar Gyanchandani Chairman
Shri Murli Dhar Gyanchandani had joined the family business of his father Late Shri Dayal Das ji in early 60s and with his vision and strong dedication the family business turned into the shape of a corporate house. Under his leadership the group has set up large number of manufacturing units and offices in India and abroad. His experience of more than four decades in the industry helped the group to grow further and explore new heights. His efforts and dedications toward the business made RSPL Limited, a largest detergent manufacturing company in India, giving tough competition to various MNCs.
Shri Bimal Kumar Gyanchandani Managing Director
Shri Bimal Kumar Gyanchandani, Joined the family business with his brother Shri Murli Dhar Ji. His responsibilities are to supervise and control the management of the entire group. His contribution towards Human Resource Development in the Group has been enormous and his media and advertisement strategies have proved to be very efficient in terms of sales response. His ability to identify early trends has helped the company to focus into new segments to foray into
Shri Manoj Kumar Gyanchandani Director
Shri Manoj Gyanchandani had Joined the business in 1996 at a very young age. His first venture was to diversify the family business to leather industry. After successful establishment of Leather and Footwear business, he leap into the business of Dairy Products under the brand name Namaste India. Under his guidance, Namaste India has become a market leader in diary business. After establishing a well settled business in UP, he is setting up a new dairy plant in Bihar.
Shri Rahul Gyanchandani Joint Managing Director
Shri Rahul Gyanchandani, had joined the business in the year 2004 and was appointed as Director of the Company. He is currently handling the operations division of Soap & Detergent and Soda Ash Business of the Company. He is also actively involved in planning of new projects. He has a vision for backward integration of businesses. Under his guidance, the company has successfully diversified its business in toilet soap segment and Soda Ash. He has successfully set up Soda Ash plant of the Company in Gujarat, which is one of the largest Soda manufacturing plant in India.
Shri Rohit Gyanchandani Director
Shri Rohit Gyanchandani was inducted in the Board of the Company in the year 2005. His prime responsibility was to plan and monitor the advertising and evolve new strategies for marketing. He is also looking after real estate business and International business. He has successfully established detergent business in Bangladesh and currently establishing business in East African country, Ethopia.
